The bad part is most of these diets are not improving you nor are they helping you to live in a world of temptations for a lifetime. These bad diets are only non-permanent quick weight loss methods that rob you of critical and beneficial daily nutreient needs. Also, this type of weight loss, in every single situation, is not permanent.

 

What I would like to teach you is how to change your cooking and eating habits for a lifetime of improved health including lowering your cholesterol, your salt intake and how to make healthier decisions when cooking for your family. Eating is something we all must do but eating healthy is one thing most don't do. On Heartsafecooking, it's all about healthy food planning. All meals, including breakfasts, lunches and dinners you will read here are healthy recipes that are also a breeze to follow and all include instructional recipe videos. I want you to see that making healthy food that is low fat, low cholesterol and low sodium, does not have to be tasteless at all. As a matter of fact, flavorful is what I strive toward.
